About Us

Welcome to Top Notch Physical Therapy where we are taking excellent care to a whole new level. All of our sessions are 60-minutes allowing you as a clinician to see around 4-8 patients per day (PT vs FT) and provide the flexibility to make your own schedule.

 

Our clinic is founded on the principles of providing amazing quality care to a caseload of motivated active adults and equestrians, and minimal documentation requirements, allowing you to spend the time you need with your patient to get them results. Our ethos is rooted in holistic care, continuous learning, and creating a positive, inclusive atmosphere. 

 

Job Role

  • Conduct thorough assessments of active adults, equestrians and athletes.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans and administer therapeutic interventions.

  • Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their recovery.

  • Enjoy the freedom of flexible scheduling and a limited patient load, ensuring quality over quantity.

 

What we require:

  • Physical therapy degree from accredited university

  • CA state Physical Therapy license

  • Sales experience (or at least willing to learn sales as we will be mentoring)

  • Experience working with active adults

  • Proficiency in exercise prescription, strength and conditioning

  • Motivational interviewing and communication skills, empathy, and self-directed problem-solving skills
